Prorated refunds: After the 7-day window, refunds are prorated based on unused days in the billing cycle. Example: if you cancel 15 days into a 30-day monthly subscription, you receive 50% back.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription in your WorkBuddy dashboard.

  1. Go to Settings → My Org → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

Your account remains active on the paid plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, it auto-downgrades to Free. No data is deleted.

What Happens After Cancellation

Your data stays. Only rate limits change.
